Like the original Lightning Roulette game, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette uses a standard European Roulette wheel with just one zero. All normal European Roulette bets can be placed via a regular table layout, and there is a separate racetrack layout available if you'd like to use that instead.
The game is streamed live from a dedicated studio that has been designed to look as energetically charged as possible. Columns running from floor to ceiling glow with power, and as the game progresses you'll see some of that power being unleashed onto the betting layout, enhancing payouts in the process.
The odds for most bets in this game are the same as in a standard game of European Roulette. How to Play
To play XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, you start by placing one or more bets on the betting layout, just as you would in any other roulette game.
When all bets have been made, the dealer will set the wheel spinning and initiate a lightning strike. Up to five single numbers will be randomly selected, and each of those numbers will receive a multiplier worth up to 500x.
A Chain Lightning strike could then take place, at random. This would select up to nine additional numbers to receive their own multiplier values.
At this stage, it is possible that a Double Strike feature could also be randomly activated. If so, it would increase multiplier values even more, up to a maximum of 2,000x.
The rest of the game proceeds as normal. The wheel will come to rest, the dealer will announce the winning number, and if you have bet on the winning outcome you will be paid accordingly. If it's an enhanced number, you'll be paid at the enhanced odds.

XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is an entertaining and very well-produced game, and Evolution has done a great job of making European Roulette even more exciting than usual. The addition of its Chain Lightning and Double Strike features sets it apart from its predecessor, Lightning Roulette, but these additions come at a price: standard Straight Up bets pay just 19:1 here. If you can view that as an acceptable trade-off for the chance of winning up to 2,000 times your bet, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is well worth taking for a spin.
